Our Story
Beginning three generations ago, the Smeragliuolo family has been working to refine an old Italian tradition in order to create a well balance and delicious dry sausage and soppressata. Guided by our Neapolitan palate, we fused unique vintage and modern techniques from my families home town of Naples to create a product that we would be proud to serve to any guest in our home and now the world.
All our product are hand made and perfectly spiced by our family, in an USDA approved warehouse with only the best meat and spices. Our products age a minimum of 30 days to ensure optimal flavor, making every dry sausage and soppressata worth your patience.
We want to give our customers a hand crafted product with only the best quality meat and spices, that provides a savory and bold flavor that only gets better with age.
Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and give them a little taste of my family’s Neapolitan heritage.
